how to convert Sonic generations models into somthing else

I haven't been able to find a proper tutorial for how to replace models in Sonic Generations, yet there are so many mods that replace the models in Sonic Generations, e.g. We need to find/create a maxscript/program that can import these models/convert these models to dae.How Do I Swap or change the models in Sonic Generations? e.g.(Sonic's model) oked is the model file of Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal. Some of them I can open and are '.bcres' which 'Ohana3DS Rebirth' can open but there are files like '.bcenv', '.amb', '.bmis', '.bprm', '.bcmdl' and other files that I son't know how to open or convert so that I can find out what they contain and where the models files are. I tried using 'QuickBMS' and a 'CPK' script (cpk.bms) which is what I use for unpacking '.cpk' files normally and it didn't work. I also tried copying a few files and rename them to '.cpk' and then try to use this method again and I still got the same thing. You can easily use the cpk unpacker to unpack the amb files.
